Tennessee makes many jail and release records available, but no single source answers every custody question. The Houston County Sheriff’s Office controls the local booking and release event. TDOC runs FOIL for state felony custody and supervision information. Community Supervision District 80 handles adult felony parole and probation in Houston County, while the federal BOP locator covers federal custody. We organize those distinct records, searches, and request steps without treating one database as a complete answer.
